The 2018 Sage Assembly will focus on the expanding impact of algorithms on our personalized healthcare and life decisions.
Through keynote addresses, panel discussions and lightning round talks, we will convene a conversation on how the shift toward algorithmically guided decision-making affects our health, our politics, our libraries, and how we know what we think we know in the sciences.
Young Investigators or Innovators – early career individuals making an impact in their respective fields – are invited to apply to attend the Assembly with travel support.
Date: April 19 – 21, 2018
Location: Seattle, WA
To Apply: send a one-page proposal describing how your work relates to the theme: “Algorithms and the Role of the Individual” to [email protected].
